The present invention relates to a remote control system for a smartphone application facility based on a SCADA server, capable of managing each facility through SCADA and a smartphone application. To achieve the purpose, the remote control system includes: a leak current shield (101) having a short circuit and electric shock prevention function; an earthquake monitoring module (202) monitoring the intensity of an earthquake to generate an alarm if the intensity is no less than a preset value; a vibration sensor (103) installed in one or more facilities; a vibration sensor value monitoring module (203) monitoring a value from the vibration sensor (103); a thunderstroke alarm module (204) generating an alarm of a thunderstroke through a thunderstroke protector; a camera (105) showing an external environment remotely; and a site monitoring module (213) connected with the camera to monitor the condition of a site.
