The present invention relates to a wine preference analysis system using data science based on a user profile and chemical analysis data of wine, which is capable of correctly selecting and providing wine fit to personal preference. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wine preference analysis system connected to a user terminal through a network comprises: a user database storing user information; a wine database storing chemical analysis data of wine; a wine information providing unit providing wine information to a user terminal; a feedback collection unit receiving user feedback from the user terminal with respect to the wine information provided by the wine information providing unit; and a preference analysis unit analyzing wine preference of a user based on the user information, the chemical analysis data of the wine, and the user feedback.
