The present invention relates to a transgenic cloned pig and, more particularly, to a transgenic cloned pig for xenotransplantation, wherein a porcine GGTA1 gene is deleted and human CD55 and CD39 genes are expressed. The transgenic pig for xenotransplantation according to the present invention can overcome immunorejection occurring in xenotransplantation by expressing human CD55 and CD39 and deleting the porcine GGTA1 gene by a CRISPR-Cas9 system, which are genetic scissors, and thus can be usefully used as a donor animal for heterologous organ and cell transplantation.
