A near field communication (NFC) tag-based activation system (100) is disclosed. According to the present invention, the system (100) may comprise: a tag generation terminal (10) configured to read a UID from a first tag, generate a UUID using a UUID generation process from the read UID, and generate a second tag by writing the generated UUID to the first tag; and a manufacturer terminal (20) configured to perform activation registration on a product based on the second tag generated by the tag generation terminal (10).
