The present invention relates to a system and a method for exception destination management of a geo-fence which temporarily approve a destination on the outside of a geo-fence if a request for the destination on the outside of the geo-fence is present to cancel unnecessary alarms. According to the present invention, the system for exception destination management of a geo-fence is a system of a geo-fence which determines whether a current location (A) of a vehicle or an inputted destination (B) is located on the outside of a geo-fence (G) where running of the vehicle is permitted in advance and sounds an alarm if the vehicle leaves the geo-fence (G). The geo-fence system includes a terminal which requests approval to designate the destination (B) as an exception destination to stop an alarm when the vehicle leaves the geo-fence (G), and does not sound the alarm even if the vehicle leaves the geo-fence (G) to run to the destination (B) if the destination is approved as the exception destination.
