The present invention relates to an ERP basic component cart management system which performs management by interworking with a loaded component of a component cart for storing and transferring a vehicle component. The ERP basic component cart management system of the present invention comprises: a cart/component management module (11) for assigning a unique code to a cart for each component, and performing management by interworking a component loaded on the cart for component with the cart; a component history management module (12) for managing an unloading history of the component from the cart for component; and a component unloading information processing module (14) for storing and processing information transmitted from the component history management module (12). The unique code for the cart for component is pre-generated, and is attached to be identifiable by a reader device.
