OpenCV Apparatus and Method of Image Support Technology Using OpenCV

The present invention provides a picture capturing assistant device and a method using OpenCV, which display a guide picture as semi-transparent when capturing a picture to provide a picture capturing additional function implemented in a smart device enabling a simple angle setting. The device comprises: a capturing image detection unit which detects a capturing image through a camera attached to a terminal; a location detection unit which detects a current location through a GPS module attached to the terminal; a picture detection unit which detects a picture captured in a preset radius in pictures provided through a memory of the terminal or online based on the location information detected by the location detection unit; a semi-transparent treating unit which treats at least one picture selected by a user among pictures detected by the picture detection unit to make the least one picture be a semi-transparent picture; a picture matching unit which overlaps the image detected by the capturing image detection unit with the semi-transparent picture generated by the semi-transparent treating unit to match the image and the semi-transparent picture to each other; and a display unit which displays the image and the picture overlapped and matched in the picture matching unit on a screen of the terminal.
