The present invention relates to a method for distributing intellectual property and checking the originality of literary work based on a blockchain technology and an apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a creation proving method provides a fundamental plan capable of proving that a creators creation is ones by symbolizing and semanticizing the creative intension of the creator to be hidden.
