The processor turns on the LEDs in accordance with an exercise program for exercise capacity measurement provided by the reactive training server, receives touch detection results from the plurality of sensors to transmit the touch detection results to the reactive training server to allow the reactive training server to receive the touch detection results to evaluate an exercise capacity, and builds a recommended exercise program in accordance with the evaluated exercise capacity to supply the recommended exercise program to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
