Provided are a behavior pattern estimation BCI system based on a human decision making strategy and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the behavior pattern estimation BCI method based on a human decision making strategy comprises: estimating a cognitive state for a behavior strategy inherent in decision making for behaviors by using a computational model derived from the decision making neuroscience study of human behaviors; and estimating a cognitive state for the decision making by combining the estimated behavior strategy with features of brain signals.
