The present invention relates to a Trichoderma harzianum strain; a composition for promoting plant growth or controlling plant diseases, comprising the strain, a culture of the strain, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient; and a method for promoting plant growth or controlling plant diseases using the composition. The Trichoderma harzianum strain of the present invention has a very excellent effect on promoting plant growth and controlling plant diseases compared to other plant growth promoting microorganisms, and thus can be advantageously used for eco-friendly agriculture that can prevent ecosystem destruction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
