The present invention discloses a method for preparing a synthesis solution comprising HY zeolite, dimethylethylcyclohexylammonium (DMECHA), sodium silicate (Na_2SiO_3) and H_2O, the method comprising steps of: containing 0.005 to 0.1 g of DMECHA, 0.1 to 3.0 g of Na_2SiO_3 and 10 to 40 g of H_2O in the synthesis solution based on 1 g of HY zeolite; and carrying out hydrothermal synthesis by using the synthesis solution. Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a catalyst which is inexpensive and usable in various fields of application by an interzeolite transformation method for synthesis of SSZ-13 zeolite from HY zeolite.
