The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a gastric lesion in an endoscopic image. The method for diagnosing a gastric lesion in an endoscopic image comprises the steps of: obtaining a plurality of gastric lesion images; generating a data set by linking the plurality of gastric lesion images and patient information; pre-processing the data set to be applicable to a deep learning algorithm; and constructing an artificial neural network through learning to make the data set which has undergone the pre-processing as the input, and make an item regarding the gastric lesion diagnosis result as the output.
