Disclosed are a digital art education apparatus and an education method thereof. According to the present invention, the digital art education method is executed by an application installed in a user terminal. The method comprises the steps of: (a) if the digital art education method is executed by an application, providing a selection menu for a plurality of original images on a screen of the user terminal; (b) if an original image is selected by the user based on the selection menu, displaying a basic description of the selected original image and a material image that is necessary to draw the selected original image on the screen; (c) classifying the selected original image into a plurality of steps according to the drawing sequence and displaying the images of the steps corresponding to the classified steps on the screen in time series; (d) transmitting the step image selected, among the step images displayed in time series, by the user to a light irradiator; and (e) controlling the light radiator such that the transmitted step image is irradiated to drawing paper as light.
