The present invention relates to a super-water repellent coating adhesive composition comprising mussel adhesive protein and polysaccharide, and forming coacervate by the mussel adhesive protein and the polysaccharide, to a super water-repellent coating agent, and to a super-water repellent surface forming method. Super water-repellent coating can be maintained excellently even in wet conditions, and since the super water-repellent coating agent can be produced in a form of a patch or spray, it can be applied to characteristics and a shape of a target site.
