The present invention provides an electric cigarette atomizer for optimizing air flow of a nozzle, capable of preventing generation of a burn taste, and an electric cigarette thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electric cigarette atomizer comprises: a liquid staying unit made of a porous material and permeating liquid cigarette stored in a liquid storage unit thereinto; a heating unit including a coil converting electric energy into thermal energy and supplying the thermal energy to the liquid staying unit arranged therearound to atomize the liquid cigarette into gaseous cigarette; and a cover unit surrounding the liquid staying unit and the heating unit and mixing the gaseous cigarette and air through at least one nozzle formed on a side surface.
