The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a leather car key case which accommodates a button type three-dimensional (3D) car key to protect the car key, enable a user to use a function of the car key without restriction, increase an aesthetic sense thereof, and provide luxuriousness and naturalness. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a body molding process (S10) of using a 3D press to mold leather (10) into a 3D body corresponding to the shape of the upper surface of the 3D car key to form a body (11) receiving the 3D car key therein; a bottom plate forming process (S20) of cutting leather (10) to correspond to the body (11) to form a flat bottom plate (12); a connection process (S30) of overlapping and interconnecting the body (11) with the bottom plate (12) through double-sided stitching; and a finishing process (S40) of finishing a cross section of the stitched body (11) and bottom plate (12) through edge coating.
