A method of operation a health medical examination managing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: providing, by a health check management server, a health check list including health check items and a list of hospitals performing the health check to a user terminal; receiving, from the user terminal, health check selection information for the health check items selected by the user and the hospital selected by a user among hospitals checking the health check items based on the health check list; generating a cost list including dates selectable for checking the selected medical check items at the selected hospital and a medical check price set for each date based on the medical check selection information, and providing the cost list to the user terminal; receiving schedule information including a date and time zone selected by the user based on the cost list from the user terminal; generating health check reservation information of the user based on the schedule information; and providing the medical check reservation information to a hospital server to reserve a schedule for the medical check of the user.
