The present invention relates to a vent plate assembly device of a solid propulsion system, which can position a vent plate in which a plurality of gas outlets which are assembled to a combustion pipe of a solid propulsion system to deliver heat and pressure of a lighter into the combustion pipe are positioned to an assembly position in the combustion pipe. To this end, the vent plate assembly device comprises: a vent plate adsorption unit which is adsorbed on a vent plate; and a vent plate coupling unit in which an adsorption unit member is located, and which is coupled to the vent plate through the gas outlets of the vent plate. Therefore, convenience in a vent plate assembly work can be increased when the lighter is assembled at the front of the solid propulsion system, thereby reducing work time and increasing productivity of the propulsion system. Furthermore, the vent plate can be stably positioned in the deep combustion pipe such that a falling accident of the vent plate may be prevented in the combustion pipe during the assembly work, and that the uniform assembly quality of the propulsion system may be maintained by stably assembling the vent plate.
