The present invention relates to a win-win type card sales management and calculation system for small business owners, which stably pays card sales of a small business company in advance to smoothly dissolve difficulties in funding and obligatorily subscribing a part of a prepaid amount for a financial product to activate sales of the financial product while increasing credit of the small business owners. According to the present invention, the calculation system comprises: a card company server recognizing card sales generated from a company operated by a small business owner and paying a calculated amount excluding a commission for the card sales; a value-added network (VAN) company server connected to the card company server through a communication network and storing information about the card sales of the company of the small business owner; a bank server connected to the card company server through a communication network, receiving the calculated amount from the card company server, and paying the received calculated amount; a small business owner terminal connected to the bank server through a communication network and connected to a bank account of the small business owner through the communication network; and a funding company server connected to the VAN company server, the bank server, and the small business owner terminal through a communication network.
