Provided is a method for recommending succeeding user input through pattern analysis on user input. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the steps of: obtaining information about a series of user inputs input through a graphical user interface (GUI); identifying patterns formed by the series of user inputs by analyzing the information on the series of user inputs; and if the pattern is identified, automatically displaying subsequent input recommendation information determined according to the last user input among the identified pattern and the series of user inputs without additional user input after the series of user inputs.
