Disclosed are a parcel service system for a return or reverse sales, and a method thereof. The parcel service system for a return or reverse sales comprises: an origin office terminal controlling a business area to which an origin of a parcel belongs; a destination office terminal controlling a business area to which a destination of the parcel belongs, and receiving an input of a return request or a reverse sales shipment request from a customer to upload the same; and a parcel sales server storing the return request or the reverse sales shipment request uploaded from the destination office terminal therein, and conveying the stored return request or reverse sales shipment request to the origin office terminal. According to the parcel service system for a return or reverse sales and the method thereof, when the return or reverse sales is requested, the system is configured to enable computerized input of the return or reverse sales at the destination office terminal, not at the origin office terminal such that it is possible to prevent the intentional omission or delay of the computerized input and designate the exact sales entity for each branch office, thereby revitalizing sales and marketing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
