METHOD FOR PROVIDING CONGRESS NETWORK-BASED PUBLIC FINANCING SERVICE FOR GROUP DECISION-MAKING

Provided is a method for providing a congress network-based public financing service for group decision-making. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a business plan from a business terminal, evaluating the feasibility based on preset evaluation criteria, and proceeding with a public financing contract; allowing a public financing proposal for public financing to be disclosed to at least one member terminal corresponding to at least one node in a community; allowing the at least one member terminal to proceed with a vote through the congress network when the public financing is proposed; executing public financing for issuing cryptocurrency and issuing a loan when the proposed public financing is passed as a result of the vote; and collecting interest and sharing the profits with the at least one member terminal when the profits are generated due to the business performed by the business terminal and the interest is paid from the business terminal.
