The IoT-based edible oil and fat selling device is installed in a store to transmit real-time information on edible oil and fat to a server management system to integrate and manage the information. The present invention functions as a hub between production, distribution, and consumption from a production stage of edible oil and fat to a consumer delivery stage and transmits a sale situation in real time to a producer to enable predictions for production and sales to maintain freshness and prevent rancidity. Specifically, when distribution data sold in a store are transmitted in real time to a producer, only a required amount is automatically produced in connection with a raw material feeding device of a corresponding production factory with a smart system applied thereto in the factory based on the data transmitted in real time to maximize the efficiency of supply and demand and maintain the best quality of edible oil and fat. Moreover, a consumer can receive information of a product for sale and information (production date, place of origin, storage temperature, capacity, etc.) of a product to be purchased anytime via a smartphone to purchase safe edible oil and fat with guaranteed freshness.
