An implant for restoring a facial bone defect is provided. An implant for restoring a facial bone defect according to an embodiment of the present application comprises a body formed to be penetrated by one or more fastening grooves through which a screw passes; and one or more protrusion parts protruding from the body and disposed on a bone to be restored. The body may comprise a frame consisting of one or more members formed on a part where the body is in contact with the cortical bone of the bone to be restored of the body; and a mesh structure fusion part connecting the one or more members of the frame to each other.
