The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a visible light-responsive nano photocatalyst, the method including the steps of: (a) forming a TiO_2 solution having an anatase structure by using TIP which is a precursor; (b) doping fluorine (F) in the TiO_2 solution having the anatase structure; and (c) washing and crystallizing the doped mixture to form a TiO_2 nanomaterial. The present invention also provides a photocatalyst manufactured by the method.
