The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a health functional food composition for learning ability improvement to effectively improve concentration and memory. Since a student learns in a concentration state through brain activity and memorizes a lot of pieces of learning information, the student needs active brain activity. Since the student is always exposed to physical and mental stress and fatigue through prolonged excessive learning, overall learning ability is reduced due to a lack of concentration, decreased memory, a reduced immune function, and decreased fitness due to nutritional imbalance. The present invention is customized to an examinee to provide the best effect with an optimal condition which combines fitness and brain enhancement functions for increasing overall academic achievement by helping comprehensive fitness management by brain activation, memory improvement, and fitness enhancement of students who have difficulty in basic fitness management and learning.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
