The apparatus includes: an sentiment tag processing unit that receives and registers an inner sentiment tag of a sentiment tag provider with respect to a book; an external emotion tag providing unit that registers an external emotion tag to allow random exposure to the emotion tag user when a specific time elapses from the time when the inner sentiment tag is received; an internal emotion tag providing unit that provides the internal emotion tag to the emotion tag provider whenever the book is selected; and a frequent emotion tag providing unit that provides the best emotion tag that is most-frequently registered on the book to the emotion tag provider and the emotion tag user.
