An objective of the present invention is to provide a quilted cold protection curtain which arranges an auxiliary curtain (200) on a main curtain (110) to be overlapped in desired thickness and width directions, and allows the auxiliary curtain (200) to be detached by a coupling means (300) to strengthen cold protection and insulation functions in accordance with weather and place to reduce heat loss and allow convenient and easy use. The quilted cold protection curtain includes a main curtain (100) having a hanging unit (150) being formed on the upper end thereof and allowing a curtain bar to be inserted thereinto. The main curtain (100) includes: a first outer shell (110) and a second outer shell (120) arranged to face each other; and a lining (130) arranged between the first outer shell (110) and the second outer shell (120). The first outer shell (110), the second outer shell (120), and the lining (130) are thermally fused in a prescribed pattern to be quilted.
