The present invention relates to a smart glass based interactive apparatus and a service method for smart space industry that can give new space values at a home and office through smart glass in which emotional information and communications technologies (ICT) functions are integrated in glass which is essential for living space. The smart glass based interactive apparatus for smart space industry according to the present invention includes smart glass that monitors, in real time, bio information sensed from the inside and outside of an office through emotional ICT, wherein the emotional ICT is integrated in glass used for living space; and a management server that recognizes, verifies, and standardizes human emotions based on the bio-information monitored by the smart glass, and controls at least one IoT device registered to correspond to a use situation by comparing it with pre-stored informationized information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
