The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, wrinkle mitigation, or ultraviolet blocking comprising an extract or fermented product of Epimedium koreanum, a food composition including an extract or fermented product of Epimedium koreanum, and a method for manufacturing an extract or fermented product of Epimedium koreanum. According to the present invention, the composition comprises the extract or fermented product of Epimedium koreanum and the extract or the fermented product provides excellent skin whitening, wrinkle mitigation, and ultraviolet blocking effects, thereby being used as a cosmetic or food composition for antiaging.
