The present invention relates to an active marine gamma nuclide analyzer and a marine gamma nuclide analysis method. The active marine gamma nuclide analyzer of the present invention has high durability and stability to perform measurement even at a water level of equal to or more than 400 m, and can transmit and receive related information remotely. In addition to the above, the active marine gamma nuclide analyzer enables a diffusion evaluation to be performed after quickly finding a point with a high radioactive level, and actively moving to the point in the event of a radioactive leakage accident. The active marine gamma nuclide analyzer includes: a main body casing; a scintillator; a controller; a bladder; a buoyancy pump; a battery; and a transmitting/receiving antenna.
