Provided is a separating apparatus for nuclear scattering and magnetic scattering. The present invention relates to an apparatus for supporting a one-dimensional detector to perform structural analysis by the nuclear scattering, and an ultra-small angle neutron scattering apparatus including the same. The separating apparatus for the nuclear scattering and the magnetic scattering includes: a bottom unit; a first storage unit positioned on the bottom unit; a second storage unit positioned on the bottom unit so that one surface thereof faces the other surface of the first storage unit; a first magnet accommodated in the first storage unit; a second magnet accommodated in the second storage unit and having a different polarity from the first magnet; a sample storage unit positioned between the first storage unit and the second storage unit; a side surface unit fixed with the other surface of the second storage unit; and a curved surface unit connecting the bottom unit to the side surface unit.
