Provided is a method for efficiently operating a plant using a digital twin which includes the steps of: collecting driving data from a plant; calculating analysis data using the collected driving data and a predetermined analysis model; calculating prediction data by processing at least a part of the collected driving data and the calculated analysis data with a predetermined simulation model; and transmitting at least a portion of the collected driving data, the calculated analysis data, and the prediction data to a solution provider.
