Correction of Parental Error of Paternity Disagreeing Individuals Using Hanwoo Gene Composition

The present invention relates to a method for using Korean cattle genetic compositions to find out a father (breeding bull) of a child entity from which paternity inconsistency is checked. More specifically, when blood information of the Korean breeding bull (father) is not present or is incorrect, genetic information of the Korean breeding bulls (fathers) is analyzed and stored in a database through a genetic composition and a DNA chip capable of detecting an SNP marker specified for Korean cattle. The method checks whether the Korean breeding bull (father) matched with an allele of the child entity, which is targeted to find out the father, in a Korean breeding bull (father) database constructed in such a way. Accordingly, the genetic composition having a high separation value and a low quasi-positive/negative ratio with respect to a Korean cattle group is used, thereby increasing correctness in paternity discrimination of Korean kettle.
