The present invention relates to a shortest shelter course guidance system using disaster information. The shortest shelter course guidance system comprises at least one location information collecting device, at least one environment information measuring device, and a rescue and evacuation guidance server connected, through a network, to at least one rescue and evacuation guidance device. More specifically, the shortest shelter course guidance system comprises: the location information collecting device for collecting location information; and the environment information measuring device including a fire detection sensor for sensing fire information and a gas sensor for sensing gas information; and the rescue and evacuation guidance server remotely controlling the rescue and evacuation guidance device for displaying rescue and evacuation guidance information. The rescue and evacuation guidance server divides a target zone, in which a disaster is expected to occur and which includes entrances and exits, into a plurality of zones and manages the same, and visually displays and guides an exit, with a shorted evacuation course, shortest to a corresponding disaster zone when a disaster occurs in a specific zone of the target zone.
