The present invention manufactures a cosmetic composition containing a Citrus medica extract to provide a functional cosmetic product which has a peculiar scent of Citrus medica, has an excellent whitening effect which prevents pigmentation to brighten skin tone, and also has an excellent antioxidant effect. In addition, the present invention manufactures a bath preparation composition with Citrus medica double boiled water, which is a residue solution remaining after extracting a Citrus medica extract from Citrus medica to provide a bath preparation having an antioxidant effect and a skin whitening effect by containing Citrus medica double boiled water.
