According to one viewpoint of the present invention, provided is a method of providing a technology transaction service which connects a technology customer and a technology supplier by using an O2O service system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of providing a technology transaction service comprises: a step (a) of allowing a server to receive a technology matching request including the information on a desired technology for matching from a terminal of a technology customer; a step (b) of exploring technology information stored in a technology information DB based on the received information, selecting one or more target technologies, which are the technologies corresponding to the technology matching request, and transmitting the target technology to the technology customer; a step (c) of receiving a will for technology matching from the technology customer, and transmitting the will for technology matching to the technology supplier who has supplied the target technology; a step (d) of generating a contract condition for the transaction of the target technology, and transmitting the contract condition to the technology customer and the technology supplier; a step (e) of receiving an agreement on the contract condition between the technology customer and the technology supplier; and a step (f) of conducting the payment for the amount for the technology transaction in accordance with the contract condition through the server.
