The present invention relates to a system and a method for analyzing railway transportation business. The system comprises: a requirement management module managing requirements of a person concerned of railway transportation business; a business promotion option analysis module setting a promotion scenario according to an option by field set for promoting the railway transportation business; and a cost analysis module analyzing costs for business promotion required to execute the promotion scenario set by the business promotion option analysis module. The business promotion analysis module provides information on promotion costs analyzed by the cost analysis module for the promotion scenario and a result for analyzing whether the promotion scenario for the requirements of the person concerned managed by the requirement management module is satisfied.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
