The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a soap containing an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata and a soap containing an extract of Cudrania tricuspidata manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method includes: a soap base preparation step (S1) of preparing a transparent soap base; a Cudrania tricuspidata extract preparation step (S2) of preparing a Cudrania tricuspidata extract which is extracted from stems, leaves and fruits of a Cudrania tricuspidata tree without mixing water; a base oil preparation step (S3) of preparing a base oil; an inputting and heating step (S4) of heating prepared materials including the soap base, the Cudrania tricuspidata extract, and the base oil, which are prepared to be 4 to 5 wt% of the Cudrania tricuspidata extract and 11 to 2.1 wt% of the base oil based on 100 wt% of the soap base, after inputting the prepared materials in a separate pot; a soap mold injecting step (S5) of injecting a mixture, which is formed after the transparent soap base is melted by the heating and mixed with the Cudrania tricuspidata extract and the base oil, into a soap mold; a cooling step (S6) of cooling the mixture in the soap mold; and a soap obtaining step (S7) of obtaining a soap formed by cooling the mixture.
