Disclosed are a method of providing a smart home alert service based on deep learning for the hearing-impaired, a sound analysis device for performing the same and a smart home alert system. The method of providing the smart home alert service based on deep learning for the hearing-impaired includes the steps of: collecting real-time sound streams generated in the house and extracting sound data which is determined as meaningful; inputting the sound data into a sound analysis model constructed through deep learning and analyzing the type of sound corresponding to a home situation which generates the sound data; and transmitting an analysis result of the sound data to a user terminal in the form of a push notification.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
