The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a natural soap using organic selenium-containing Opuntia humifusa and a mulberry leaf fermentation product and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a soap adding an Opuntia humifusa extract obtained by harvesting, slicing, and extracting Opuntia humifusa containing organic selenium after fermenting a Bacillus subtilis strain with mulberry leaves to obtain a mulberry leaf fermentation product. According to the present invention, stability and feeling of use against skin irritation are excellent, and soap very beneficial for skin care can be manufactured due to anti-oxidant and whitening effects.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
