The present invention relates to a food composition showing a gastroenteritis and gastric ulcer prevention or treatment effect, and more particularly, the present invention includes cabbage, broccoli sprout, broccoli leaf, and kale as active ingredients to increase the efficiency of gastritis and gastric ulcer improvement. Contains lactic acid bacteria fermentation composition. The composition for preventing or treating gastritis and gastric ulcer of the present invention produces effective secondary metabolites such as isothiocyanate by fermenting four kinds of cruciferous vegetables, which are optimally formulated based on active ingredients, and strengthening antioxidant activity, thereby enhancing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
