The present invention notifies agencies and vehicle managers related to vehicle accidents of whether the driver wears a seat belt, speeds up, and whether the vehicle has an accident determined by using various sensors installed on the vehicle and vehicle speed information. We propose a safe driving management device for vehicles and a safe driving method for vehicles. The safe driving management device of the vehicle includes a sensor unit, a communication means, and a processor, and the safe driving method of the vehicle performs an impact reference setting step, a real-time collection step of information, a real-time analysis step of information, and an action step.
