HER2 HER2 Method of quantifying HER2 proteins in breast cancer sample using mass spectrometry and HER2 status scoring using the same

摘要

The present application discloses a method for accurately quantifying HER2 protein using mass spectrometry in a breast cancer tissue sample and a method for scoring HER2 based thereon. The method according to the present application can be measured accurately and reproducibly compared to the conventional method, and if customized treatment is possible accordingly, not only the lifespan of the patient but also the socio-economic cost can be significantly lowered nationwide.
