The present invention relates to an amphiphilic norbornene-based block copolymer having stimulus reactivity, a polymer brush thereof, a supramolecular self-assembled nanostructure thereof, a method of manufacturing the same, and an application thereof, and the amphiphilic norbornene-based block having stimulus responsiveness of the present invention When the copolymer and its polymer brush are used, it is possible to form a polymer electrolyte composite cylindrical micelle and a polymer electrolyte composite vesicle that can be reversibly changed according to temperature stimulation. The polymer electrolyte composite cylindrical micelle and the polymer electrolyte composite vesicle of the present invention may be used as a pH-sensitive drug delivery system.
