The present invention relates to a filter-mounted diffuser and a filter contamination detection system using the same. According to the present invention, in a filter contamination detection system using a filter-mounted diffuser which is connected to a duct of an air conditioner and discharges cooling/heating air to an indoor space, the filter-mounted diffuser is characterized by comprising: a filament filter which is directly connected to the duct to filter the cooling/heating air discharged into the indoor space by an electrostatic manner; a diffuser which is connected to the filament filter to spread and discharge the filtered cooling/heating air into the indoor space; a detection unit which is mounted on the filament filter to detect the contamination status of the filter; a wireless module unit which processes a signal on the contamination status of the filament filter which is detected by the detection unit; and a reception unit which receives contamination status data processed from the wireless module unit.
