The present invention relates to a hospital service device for interest-free payment based on AI. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hospital service device for interest-free payment based on AI may comprise: a storage unit storing hospital information of hospital capable of installment payment without interest for long term; and a control unit providing the prestored hospital information of the hospital when requesting a service from a user terminal device, determining whether a user of the user terminal device may make payment based on an analysis result analyzing big data previously collected with related to the user through deep learning of AI and making payment when designated hospital requests installment payment from the user terminal device, and creating a hospital wallet for checking the details of expenditures of user from the designated hospital.
