Provided are a BIM mapping system for facility management and a BIM mapping method thereof. According to the present invention, the BIM mapping system for facility management comprises: a user terminal for transmitting electronic identification information for facility identification; and a BIM mapping device including a mapping unit for receiving and analyzing the electronic identification information from the user terminal to determine an ID of a BIM model related to a facility, an ID of a non-reality model for implementing the facility as a non-reality model, a storage of the BIM model, and a storage of the non-reality model, mapping the BIM model and the non-reality model using the determined ID of the BIM model, ID of the non-reality model, storage of the BIM model, and storage of the non-reality model, and defining LOD geometry information on the BIM model, and an output unit for generating a non-reality model-based BIM image by rendering a mapping result of the mapping unit. The non-reality model is one of a virtual reality (VR) model, an augmented reality (AR) model, and a mixed reality (MR).
