The present invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) control device capable of efficiently operating a UAV. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the UAV control device comprises: a central control unit controlling flight of a UAV, collecting flight, location, and altitude data generated from the UAV to store or output the data in a way of displaying the data to a user; a geographic information processing unit electronically connected to the central control unit, setting a mine detection area on a digital map outputted from a digital map database, and generating a flight route along which the UAV is to fly; a first location measurement unit functioning as a reference station while communicating with artificial satellites belonging to an artificial satellite-based positioning system, and generating a location correction signal for correcting the location data generated by the UAV; and a first telemetry communication unit electronically connected to the central control unit and the first location measurement unit, transmitting a flight control signal generated by the central control unit and the location correction signal generated by the first location measurement unit to the UAV, and receiving the flight, location, altitude, and mine detection result data generated from the UAV. The geographic information processing unit refers to a type, a function, and mine detection performance of a mine detection sensor installed in the UAV and geological and geographic information about the mine detection area to calculate the flight altitude and route of the UAV. The central control unit receives the flight altitude and route from the geographic information processing unit, and converts the same into the flight control signal to transmit the flight control signal to the UAV through the first telemetry communication unit.
